A rose and a prayer

A message from the President:

Dear friends,

I'm excited to tell you about the next steps for A Rose and a Prayer.

Our vision is to extend a loving and positive message to Delawareans
facing unplanned pregnancies while changing the hearts of those
who now favor abortion.

Through prayer, sophisticated marketing techniques, and compassion,
we can save lives and lead our society to a deeper respect for
human life.

We both share a passion for the value of life. That commitment comes
from a deep sense of concern for those around us. As we continue
to work on behalf of life in the First State, it would be impossible to turn
a blind eye to the many women who are finding themselves desperately
ending their unborn children's lives.

Women in Delaware are making this decision at a much higher rate than
elsewhere. In fact, Delaware's abortion rate per capita is nearly 50%
higher than the national average.

My heart breaks for these women because I know they don't want to give
up their child; they just feel like it is their only choice. Our culture and the
media bombard them with negative messages that drive them toward
abortion.

We will be a light in this dark culture by extending a positive message
that directs them to the support they need.

With your help, we'll also change the hearts of our citizens by sharing the
truth about life in a non-radical, positive way.

Our goal in doing so is to reduce abortion in Delaware so that our state no
longer leads with our high rates, but rather with our low rates.
